Liquor Control Board Meetings
Prior to July 1, 2018 when the Vermont Lottery and Liquor Control were combined into one department, Vermont Liquor Control was managed by he Vermont Liquor Control Board. These meetings were held prior to July 1, 2018.

The Board of Liquor and Lottery meets the second Wednesday of every month at 9am in 2023.
Lottery Commission Meetings

Settlement Practice
Settlement Practice for Waiver of Formal Hearing
The Board of Liquor and Lottery may suspend or revoke liquor licenses and impose fines for violations of the alcohol statutes and regulations. When a violation is charged, the licensee is entitled to a formal hearing before the Board. A licensee may, however, waive the formal hearing and accept an agreed upon penalty without contesting the charges, and without personal appearance before the Board. In these cases, the Board’s practice is as follows:
Board Decisions
As of July 1, 2018 the Departments of Liquor Control and Lottery combined into the Department of Liquor and Lottery. The Liquor Control Board and the Lottery Commission combined into a single entity now called the Liquor and Lottery Board.
