Exclusion List

What is self-exclusion?

Self-exclusion allows a person to request to be excluded from legalized mobile sports wagering activities in Vermont. Operators may choose to exclude participants in the Vermont Self-Exclusion list from their services in other states or countries.

For more information on the law and enhanced procedures establishing the Vermont Gaming Self-Exclusion program, see Sports Wagering Bill (vermont.gov)VT Sports Wagering Procedures 07-19-23.pdf (vermont.gov).

To place yourself on the Vermont Self-Exclusion List, you will need to agree to several terms at the end of the application.

Please note: To opt-in to self-exclusion for fantasy sports activities in Vermont, please visit the individual fantasy sports licensees in order to opt-in to self-exclusion.
