DLL Launches Customer Satisfaction Survey Barre, VT –
The Department of Liquor and Lottery has opened a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey to assess customer and partner experiences while working with the Department. The survey takes about 3 minutes to complete and includes questions uniquely tailored to customer or partner type. The Department will keep the survey open for several weeks to help ensure maximum participation. Survey results will directly impact future operational practices at the Department and among Vermont Lottery and 802Spirits Retailers.
