Due to the implementation of H. 730, a liquor Omnibus bill that was recently signed and approved by Governor Scott, there is now a separate Certificate of Approval for Ready-to-Drink Spirits Beverages (RTDs). The application fee is $985.00 and must accompany your Application for Certificate of Approval for Manufacturers and Distributors to Sell Ready-to-Drink Spirits Beverages form.
